his multi-variate selection master can be used to select on mutliple variables (environments or traits or a combinations of them) based on three complementaryselection strategies:

1. Independent selection (keep if good for a single trait)
2. Independent culling (discard if bad for a single trait)
3. Selection index (use expert provided weights for each trait to calculate a selection index, which allows different traits to compensate).

The putput file contains:

1. the orginal two-way table
2. weights set for each trait (variable)
3. relative values of each genotype on each variable
4. the selection index
5. desicion (promote or not) for each genotype, and
6. reason for the decision
