Data management for the present two-way table



Data arrangement to form all possible two-way tables 



Data management in GGEbiplot include two aspects:

1. GGEbiplot can read a) two-way data (genotype by environment), b) three-way data (genotype by environment by trait), c) four-way data (year-location-genotype-trait), or d) free-format data (like the format used in SAS). When the data are in one of the latter three types, GGEbiplot can re-organize the data to generate all possible types of two-way tables for biplot analysis (see options in the snapshot on the right)
2. For the current two-way table that is displayed in the biplot, a biplot of any subset can be generated on the fly (see options in the sanpshot on the left)
