User-friendly software for biplot anaysis, conventional statistical analysis, and decision making based on univariate and multivariate data
Given data of a trait from tests in multiple environments and/or multiple traits for a set of genotypes, this tool helps you to identify parent combinations (crosses or hybirds) that may have the potential to produce hybirds or inbreds that are better than the best parents. Below is how the interface look like:
The input is a genotype by environment and/or trait two-way table, which can be read directly from an Excel file or contructed by GGEbiplot from original data involving multi-locations multi-years, for multi-traits.
The output is a list of crosses/hybrids that are potentially better than the best parents, ordered by an index integrating the parent's performances in various environments for one or more traits.
