Log file

The log file automatically records the actions of GGEbiplot, which include:

• ANOVA table of the current two-way table, if the biplot is based on replicated data,
• ANOVA and multiple comparison results,
• The current two-way table on which the biplot is based, 
• Variations explained by each of the first 6 principal components (PC), and
• Any user requested Numerical Outputs.

The log file can be opened by clicking the "Open Log File" option under the main menu bar "Help".
