Numerical Output
Tabulate the original data
From Accessories/Numeric Outputs, click Original Data in Matrix. This is useful when the data file is not in a two-way table. GGEbiplot calculates and organize a two-way table for you.
Print the current subset
From Accessories/Numeric Outputs, click Current Subset. The current subset refers to the two-way table that is currently displayed in the biplot.
Print th predicted values based on the current biplot
From Accessories/Numeric Outputs, click Print Predicted Values.
Print the eigenvectors
From Accessories/Numeric Outputs, click Print Eigenvectors.
Print the axis values of the current biplot
From Accessories/Numeric Outputs, click Biplot Axes.
Note: The requested numerical output will be printed to the log file.
