Covariate-effect biplot based on genotypic values

• Under the main menu 4-Way, click VBV biplot - Genotypic. A trait selection device will appear on the top of the biplot, allowing the user to select a trait as the target trait.

• GGEbiplot will generate a genotype by (trait+environment) two-way table. This table contains explanatory trait values for each genotype averaged across environments, and values of target trait for each genotype measured in each environment. These numerical values will be recorded in the log file.

• GGEbiplot will then trigger the process detailed in Covariate-effect analysis of a genotype by (trait+environment) two-way table.
