Univariate Biplot
A univariate biplot is a genotype by environment biplot regarding a trait, Here the "environments" can be locations, years, year-location combinations, treatments, blocks, etc.
When the data are read as 3-way parallel, 4-way parallel, or Anyway parallel, and when the Univariate Biplot option under the main menu of "Anyway" is selected, the following form will appear:
This device allows generating any possible biplot for a trait or variable. In the current example, a genotype by environment biplot for "trait1" will be generated, with environments being year-location combinations.
Using this device, a genotype by block biplot is also possible for a single environment, which can be used to investigate the consistency of the replications in the test.
