Genotype evaluation based on a GGE biplot

A GGE biplot allows the genotypes be evaluated from the many different perspectives:

• Rank genotypes based on performance in any given environment
• Discard inferior genotypes based on performance in any given environment
• Rank genotypes based on performance in any TWO environments
• Show the specific adaptation of a genotype in individual environments
• * Rank genotypes based on mean performance across all environments
• Rank genotypes based on both mean performance and stability (rank genotypes relative to the "ideal" genotype)
• Compare TWO genotypes for performance in individual environments
• Compare any THREE genotypes in individual environments
• Compare all genotypes with a user-specified check
• * Show the best genotype(s) for individual environments (which-won-where)
• Plot any TWO genotypes across test environments
