Functions for genotype-by-marker tables

Biplot analysis of genotype by marker data using GGEbiplot can be used to:

• Identify markers that are associated with a particular marker

• Generate a pseudo linear map among all markers or any subset of the markers

• Visualize the "genetic constitutions" of each individual of the mapping population.
