Main Menu Association

This group of functions utilizes correlation and multiple regression techniques, assisted by biplots, to study the associations of various variables with a target variable (trait):

Find Associated Variables

• find variables associated with a target variable
• Remove less associated variables

Multiple Regression

• multiple linear regression use any of the variables as dependent variable and all others as independent variables
• remove variables that are only indirectly associated with the dependent variable
• add two-variable interaction terms in the model
• add quadratic terms in the model
