Screening for relevant markers

GGEbiplot will then ask for a probability level, which will be used to delete markers that are not associated with the target trait in any of the environments. Here we supply 0.001:

 

 

Note that the probability level is arbitrary and is determined by the user. In general, the level can be more stringent if there are many markers, which will reduce the work later on without losing important information. GGEbiplot will screen the markers using this criterion and notice you how many markers are removed:
