Linear map among markers
Under Biplot Tools, click Show linear map of the testers. A linear map among markers in the biplot will shown on the right of the biplot.
The distance between the testers are in degrees, keeping in mind that cosine90 = 0 meaning unrelated (completely independent), cosine180 = -1 (completely linked though in repulsive), and cosine0 = 1 (completed linked). For example, 1mwg889b and 1brz seem to be independently inherited, even though both are located on the chromosome. 1mwg626 and 1mwg511 have a degree around 5, which may be 'translated" to about 2-3 cM. The linear map is a mimic of a genetic map.
