The relative importance of a marker or QTL
This interpretation in specific to a QQE biplot:
Under the main menu Biplot Tools, click Entry relations. Lines that connect the markers or QTL to the biplot origin will appear, which are called marker or QTL vectors.
The length of the vectors is a measure of the magnitude of the markers or QTL on the target trait. A long vector indicates that the marker or QTL has large effect in at least some of the environments. A marker or QTL located near the biplot origin has little effect on the trait in any of the environments.
