Functions for location-by-factor tables
Similar to functions for analyzing genotype-by-trait tables, but read genotypes as locations and traits as factors. Such data can be used to study the similarities among locations with respect to their physical factors.
Note: this classification of environments is different from the test environment evaluation in a GGE biplot analysis, where the purpose of test environment evaluation is to identify test environments that are superior in evaluating genotypes.
