Functions for Inbred-by-tester tables

The evaluation of inbreds is an important component for breeding heterosis, e.g., in corn breeding. Another equally important issue in this type of crops is to select superior testers for testing the combining ability of inbreds, particularly at early stages of breeding when knowledges on the testers or heterosis groups are lacking.

All functions of GGE biplot analysis for a genotype-by-environment two-way table are applicable to this type of data if genotypes are replaced by inbreds and environments by testers.
