Biplot based on tester-centered data

From Models, select Centering, then Tester-centered.

All biplots that are based on tester-centered data is a GGE biplot. A GGE Biplot based on this mode, without any scaling, may be called GGE1 biplot.

This biplot differs from the GGE2 biplot in that the vector length of the testers are directly related to the within tester standard deviation. Therefore it is a measure of discriminating ability of the testers (if the biplot adequately displays the GGE patterns and if the environments are homogeneous). Thus, testers 5 and 7 were more discriminating than others, say, tester8.
