    Free Beta GGEbiplot

1. Download the beta version of GGEbiplot (3.35 MB, with a complete Windows help. Please be patient!!). This beta test has full functionalities for small datasets. It reads 2-way, 3-way, and 4-way data of any size but displays only a subset of the rows and columns in the biplot. It also reads any data with traits/variables in parallel columns.

2. Double-click the downloaded to install it.

3. Run GGEbiplot from your desktop or from Window's Start: "Start\Program Files"

4. See these sample datasets for input data format:

1) Two-way data file

2) 3-way and 4-way data

(Warning: this program has been fully tested for computers with Win2000 and WinXP but NOT with earlier versions of Windows. Also, it does not run on Macintosh computers unless you have installed the "Virtual PC" program).

NOTE:

The Beta GGEbiplot has user-friendly ANOVA functions for any type or size of data.
